Maureen Fleming is Program Vice President for IDC's Business Process Management and Middleware research area. In this role, Ms. Fleming examines the products and processes used for building, integrating, and deploying applications within an extended enterprise system.

With more than 20 years of industry and analyst experience, Ms. Fleming most recently came from Symantec, where she worked in the strategy and planning group. A major area of focus was examining emerging security technologies aimed at protecting an enterprise’s digital assets from outbound threats stemming from bad process and malicious employee behavior.

Prior to Symantec, Ms. Fleming ran marketing for a startup firm focused on commercializing the use of grid technology to deploy content and applications to the edges of networks. She also worked in the product marketing and the office of the CTO groups at Ascential Software before its acquisition by IBM. During her tenure there, she focused on the strategy, planning and product-enablement of real-time data integration. Prior to Ascential, Ms. Fleming led the team at a startup firm that invented the concept of business activity monitoring (BAM). Ms. Fleming was also an analyst at Gartner, where she researched technologies that allowed enterprises to create and manage information, particularly real-time information and the associated enabling technologies.

Ms. Fleming began her career in technology as a programmer for the University of Michigan, where she has a Bachelor’s of General Studies degree with concentrations in computer science, economics and journalism.

Craig Hayman is the General Manager of the Application & Integration Middleware (AIM) business unit for IBM Software Group. He leads an organization of more than 8,000 software development, marketing, services, and sales professionals spanning more than 25 locations worldwide, and is responsible for IBM's WebSphere portfolio and other strategic middleware technologies, including Web application servers, transaction and messaging systems, business integration technology, e-commerce servers, and industry-oriented middleware solutions.

Prior to this current role, he was Vice President, WebSphere, with responsibility for Application & Integration Middleware (AIM) software development and portfolio responsibility for Business Process Management, Connectivity, Application Infrastructure and DataPower.

He was previously Vice President, Development and Customer Support for Lotus, Vice President, Solutions Development for Software Group, Vice President, Worldwide Development Pervasive Computing and Vice President, Software Group Strategy.

Craig joined IBM in 1997 working on XML standards to represent objects in transactional systems. In 1999, he co-led the revamp of the IBM development tools and the resulting WebSphere Studio product line which was launched in 2001 together with the underlying development environment eclipse.org. From 2000 to 2002, he was Director, WebSphere Development and led the product development and support of the WebSphere Application Server and the foundation the WebSphere platform. In 2002 he was named Vice President of Strategy, IBM Software Group, with responsibility for software strategy across the WebSphere, Lotus, Tivoli, DB2 and Rational product lines. From 2003-2005 Craig was Vice President, Worldwide Solutions Development, responsible for delivering IBM's Industry Solutions, RFID, Client Technology and Voice products.

Prior to joining IBM, Craig co-founded an enterprise tools vendor after holding IT positions at British Telecom and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of London.

Michael Rabinowitz is Vice President of Technology at CoEnterprise. He is responsible for leading the development and execution of CoEnterprise's software and services portfolio. He also helps define CoEnterprise's technology innovation strategy to transform how people connect, communicate and collaborate through integrated software platforms and architectures.

Most recently Michael has been working closely with leading Book Publishers to tackle the increasing demand for digital content distribution. In partnership with Hachette Book Group, Michael and his team have developed BookRadar™ - the industry's leading management dashboard for electronic retailers. The solution enables publishers to manage their retail channels with tools that monitor prices, sales, merchandising placement and performance.

Prior to joining CoEnterprise Michael was a principal contributor to several successful startups including Inttra - the first web-based Shipping Portal and Atlas Commerce an early innovator of collaborative Supply Chain eHubs. As Chief Integration Architect, his role was to define cross-enterprise data strategies to drive adoption and streamline integration with business partners.

Michael has also architected enterprise B2B and MFT solutions for some of the most recognizable brands in the world including Pfizer, IKEA, NYK Line, and Wells Fargo.

Michael started his career in the Information Management Program at Exelon Corporation. The program enabled Michael to rotate through all major IT divisions and to find his passion for Ecommerce. As the first member of the program, Michael became an advocate for early career mentoring to support personal and professional growth. He still continues to participate by mentoring interns and new hires.
