Jessica also lead a new research programme at Analysys Mason on IT for telecoms service providers which included research on network enabler APIs and customer analytics.
During her time as an analyst and consultant, Jessica has also worked as Director at Knowledge Peers, a start-up business social network focused on the SME market. In that role she was responsible for strategy work for emerging and established software companies. Her research focused on product positioning, strategic messaging and new proposition development.
