Director, Product Marketing, InfoSphere
David is currently the Director of Product Marketing for IBM's InfoSphere portfolio, which is focused on managing Trusted Information.
David has led the product management and product marketing teams for Master Data Management (MDM), and has worked in the Information Management space for over 10 years.
Prior to joining IBM in 2005 via acquisition, David led product marketing/management at DWL, a Toronto-based MDM vendor. David holds an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.

Richard's career covers over 18 years of experience across document, information & records development and deployment solutions. He came to IBM through the 2003 acquisition of Tarian Software, where he served as Chief Client Officer leading deployments for some of the largest & current ERM solutions worldwide.
Prior to Tarian, he was CTO of Information1st, completing one of the first DoD 5015.2 electronic records paired-solution integrations and certifications. He has been involved with a number of industry integration initiatives, including DMA and others with AIIM Standards. At IBM he has also held RM Product Manager, Manager eRecords Center of Excellence and worldwide SME roles.
Richard engages with customers and partners worldwide catalyzing proactive Governance solution deployment successes focused on unstructured data management. He presents and contributes at annual ECM & RM industry conferences and is also an IBM published Redbooks Author on Governance and RM solutions.
With a strong Financial Services and Insurance client focus, Richard has led successful customer deployments of ILG solutions worldwide including Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Bank of Canada, RBC, DTCC, Travelers, Thrivent, HCSC & Prudential. Highly regarded by these and other clients he’s engaged ongoing as a trusted advisor/customer advocate.

In his current role at IBM, Rick Clements is responsible for global product strategy and marketing for IBM InfoSphere MDM including positioning, messaging and pricing. Prior to joining IBM through acquisition, he served in a similar capacity at Initiate Systems from 2006, and was Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at webMethods and Senior Director of Product Marketing for SeeBeyond. Mr Clements has 13 years experience in the software industry and deep understanding in the areas of enterprise application integration, business to business integration, business process management, service oriented architecture, web services, business activity monitoring, master data management and big data technologies.
