  • Craig Hayman - Biography-

    Craig Hayman is the general manager of the Industry Solutions, IBM Software Group. As general manager, Mr. Hayman has oversight for a business unit focused on delivering high value, integrated solutions that enable better business outcomes for clients by building smarter industries – a portfolio which includes IBM's Industry Frameworks, Enterprise Content Management solutions, and Industry Solution products.

    Prior to this assignment, Craig was general manager of Application & Integration Middleware (AIM) business unit for IBM Software Group - an organization of more than 8,000 software development, marketing, services, and sales professionals. He was responsible for IBM's WebSphere portfolio and other strategic middleware technologies, including Web application servers, transaction and messaging systems, business integration technology, e-commerce servers, and industry-oriented middleware solutions.

    Previously, Mr. Hayman was Vice President, WebSphere, with responsibility for Application & Integration Middleware (AIM) software development and portfolio responsibility for Business Process Management, Connectivity, Application Infrastructure and DataPower. He has held numerous leadership positions in Strategy, Development, and Customer Support across IBM Software Group, including RFID, Client Technology and Voice solutions.

    Mr. Hayman joined IBM to work on XML standards to represent objects in transactional systems. He co-led the revamp of the IBM development tools and the resulting WebSphere Studio product line which was launched in 2001 together with the underlying development environment

    Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Hayman co-founded an enterprise tools vendor after holding IT positions at British Telecom and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of London.

  • Dev Mukherjee - Biography-

    Devajit (Dev) Mukherjee is the SVP and President, Home Appliances for Sears Holdings Corporation. He is responsible for the operations and management of this business online and in our 3,000+ Sears, Kmart and Hometown Stores as well as driving growth and new profit opportunities for the businesses overall. Sears Home Appliances is the largest Business Unit at Sears Holdings and the #1 appliance retailer in the United States with over $5B in annual sales.

    Dev started his career with Sears Holdings as SVP, Innovation. Along with leading the Innovation/Transformation team, Dev played an integral role in developing and implementing our new operating model - SOAR. He has also helped to attract great new talent and created our bench of future leaders, most notably through the Business Analyst, MBA Functional and Senior Leadership Programs. Prior to his position in Home Appliances, he was SVP and President, Toys & Seasonal where he significantly increased sales and profits in these businesses.

    Dev joined Sears Holdings in 2007 from Ingres Corporation where he served as CMO and SVP Business Development and Product Management. Previous to Ingres Corporation, he worked for Microsoft Corporation as GM Marketing for their Server & Tools business. Prior to Microsoft, Dev spent 15 years with IBM serving in numerous leadership roles around the world including VP, Strategy and Marketing for IBM’s Global Services Unit.

    Dev received his MBA from MIT (including a thesis on innovation and corporate renewal). Business Week selected him as one of the 25 “most influential personalities in e-business”, and in 2003 Dev was the recipient of an MIT "Technovators" Award for his work in Information Technology. He is also a contributing author to a book about web services.

  • Mark G Booth - Biography-

    Mark Booth came to Whirlpool in 2006 as part of the Whirlpool acquisition of the Maytag Corporation. Mark was named Vice President - Global Information Systems for the Maytag integration, responsible for the integration of systems. In 2006 Mark was named Vice President Global Infrastructure responsible for the computing infrastructure and operations across the globe. Since June of 2011, Mark serves as the North American CIO.

    Prior to joining Whirlpool, Booth was Vice President - Corporate Application Development & CIO Appliance Division with Maytag. Prior to this position he was responsible for Infrastructure operations. Mark also held similar positions in Honeywell and Entergy corporations.

    Booth received a master’s degree in Computer Resource and Information Management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

  • Erik Qualman - Biography-

    Called a Digital Dale Carnegie, Erik Qualman is the author of Socialnomics. Socialnomics made the #1 Best Sellers List in 7 countries and was a finalist for "Book of the Year." Fast Company Magazine lists Qualman as a Top 100 Digital Influencer. He is a frequently requested international speaker and has visited 42 countries. He has been fortunate to share the stage with Julie Andrews, Al Gore, Tony Hawk, Sarah Palin, Jose Socrates (Prime Minister of Portugal), Alan Mulally and many others. For the past 17 years Qualman has helped grow the digital capabilities of many companies including Cadillac, EarthLink, EF Education, Yahoo, Travelzoo and AT&T. He is also an MBA Professor at the Hult International Business School. Qualman holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from The University of Texas. He was Academic All-Big Ten in basketball at Michigan State University and recently gave the commencement address at the University of Texas. He lives in Boston with his wife and daughter.
