Conference Fees and Policies
Eligible IBM Business Partners can receive a no-charge registration to attend the IBM Connect 2014 conference for every five clients* who accept their invitation and register to attend at the Early Bird or Standard Conference price. A savings of up to $1,995!
Business Partners must enroll for this incentive by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your company name, contact name and phone number. Eligible Business Partners will receive a unique promotion code to distribute to your clients who must enter it during registration in order for it to qualify towards your no-charge registration. Promotion codes cannot be added retroactively.Notes:
IBM Education Packs cannot be used to pay for any registrations under the terms of this offer. Government Owned Entity (GOE) client registrations and IBM employee registrations do not qualify as one of the five who must register.

Eligible attendees can register to attend for $1295.
- Proof of academic standing required at check-in.
- Students: valid student ID and copy of class schedule showing 12 units or credits required at check-in.
- Faculty (full-time professors): valid, accredited university ID, required at check-in.
- Failure to produce proof of your academic status will result in a charge of the full registration fee of $2,195. Please contact customer service for questions about this policy.
IBM Connect 2014 must be notified of your cancellation in writing by December 13, 2013. A $250.00 USD processing fee will be charged for cancellation requests. The conference fee is not refundable if you cancel after December 13, 2013 or fail to attend the conference.

YOU MAY TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION AFTER DECEMBER 13, 2013. The original registrant must notify customer service of the substitution/transfer IN WRITING (see options for notifying IBM Connect 2014 above); a $250.00 USD processing fee will be charged for the transfer.
