How can I cancel my hotel reservation and what is the hotel cancellation policy?
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid personal financial liability for the entire stay, cancellation notice is required 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will result in a charge for the first night deposit required at the time you made your reservation.
Please submit all hotel cancellations in writing to Pulsehousing@experient-inc.com if the request is before February 4th. After February 4th you must contact the hotel directly to make the cancellation. Cancellations can also be made directly on the Hotel web page. Please be sure to reference your confirmation number.
